A luxury wedding venue in the heart of Wiltshire, midway between Reading and Bristol, with easy reach from Bath, Swindon, Salisbury and Newbury. The venue, the grounds and the accommodation are exclusively yours.

The day, start to finish

This is how a wedding day usually runs here. Every part of it can bend to your plans.

The Prep Barn
Our Prep Barn is yours from nine in the morning. It is a private hair, make up and dressing room with plenty of space for either side of the wedding party to get ready together.
The ceremony
The Old Barn seats up to 120 beneath three hundred year old oak beams. The Yard Barn seats up to 200 under its hessian sails. Outside there is the hand crafted oak gazebo beneath the beech and chestnut trees, or the wild flower meadow with the Downs behind you. St Mary's, Calstone's own village church, is half a mile away.
Celebration drinks
Canapés and fizz are served in the bar and dining room or out on the south facing terrace, depending on the season and the English weather.
Dinner and speeches
The Yard Barn is where your wedding breakfast and speeches take place. Our staff keep everyone fed and watered, and there is a PA system ready for the speeches.
The bar
Champagnes and sparkling wines, boutique gins and spirits, local pints and plenty of soft drinks, served from our rustic bar with a comfortable seating area beside it.
Dancing
While you are on the terrace the Old Barn quietly becomes your dance floor. Your DJ or band sets up, and the evening takes care of itself.
Time for bed
On site accommodation sleeps 18 guests year round and up to 38 from May to September, with off site houses nearby for the overflow. It is all exclusively yours on the night of your wedding.
